How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders in 1 business day during regular periods (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime and enter your order number to check your delivery status.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please check our Return Policy for full details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our support team at effie@danfie.store with your order number and photos of the item. We usually respond within 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be modified nor canceled. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at effie@danfie.store — we’ll do our best to help!
