We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on eligible items. Please read the full details below.
1. Order Not Received
If your package has no tracking updates or remains in transit beyond:
- 45 days for orders shipped to the United States
- 60 days for most other countries
- 110 days for orders shipped to Brazil
We will offer a full refund or resend your order.
Important:
- If tracking information shows the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, an official statement from your local postal service is required for further investigation.
- Packages delayed due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customs clearance issues are not eligible for refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive items that are:
- Severely damaged — Full refund or replacement
- Partially damaged (minor defects not affecting function may be excluded) — Partial refund or replacement
Requirements:
- Submit photo or video proof within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for refund
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size/color, or missing parts:
- We will offer a refund, resend, or send missing parts, depending on the situation
- Clear photos and order details are required for processing
4. Size Issues
We recommend checking product measurements before purchasing.
- If sizing issues are caused by incorrect product sent, we will refund or resend
- Orders placed with incorrect size choice by the buyer are not eligible for refund or return
5. Order Cancellations
We accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be modified nor canceled. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at effie@danfie.store
- Customized or special orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
6. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted:
- We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error
- We do not recommend returns due to high international shipping costs and risk of product damage
- We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Buyer changes mind or dislikes the product
- Incorrect shipping address provided by buyer
- Delays or damages caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)
- Package abandoned, unclaimed, or refused by recipient
- Products intentionally damaged or misused
